Our Team

Whitney Allen is the Victim Services Coordinator and Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Site Coordinator for the Tulsa Police Department. She established their Victim Services Unit from the ground up with a strong emphasis on providing culturally appropriate, trauma informed services to the citizens of Tulsa. Along with starting the Victim Services Unit, Whitney has developed a strong network of community partners to better serve crime victims.
