- Our courses are designed with the interests and developmental needs of girls aged 13 to 24 in mind. We recognize that each young woman’s level of maturity and readiness to engage with the course content may vary. We encourage parents, guardians, and participants to assess whether the course content is appropriate for their personal stage of development before enrolling. Operation Halo strives to be as comprehensive as possible, covering a wide range of topics and potential threats to provide thorough education and preparation. Operation Halo’s goal is to ensure that the first time a girl encounters a challenging situation, it is not the first time she has heard about it. Ultimately, participation in our courses is a personal decision that should be made jointly by the parent or guardian and the participant. - To access certain Operation Halo course materials and join Operation Halo membership, you will be responsible for payment in full of all related fees. All payments are due in U.S. dollars. You shall pay for all amounts payable to Operation Halo either by credit card or such other form of payment as Operation Halo may, in its sole discretion, permit. You understand and acknowledge that all amounts owed must be paid in advance and that, in addition to being in breach of your contractual obligations, your service may be paused or terminated if timely payment is not received.
- Operation Halo has the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason, and you have the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason within these Terms of Service.
- Upon joining Operation Halo membership, your account will be placed on a recurring payment cycle, unless specified otherwise by you at the time of purchase. If you wish be taken off recurring status, pause membership, or cancel membership you must contact Operation Halo at info@joinoperationhalo.com at least 2 business days prior to the due date of your next payment. It is your sole responsibility to contact Operation Halo to cancel membership. Payments made by credit card must be successfully processed by Operation Halo to keep accounts online and active to prevent any interruptions or temporary termination of membership.
- Completing any form on the website where you enter an email address and other information, such as, joining a mailing/notification list, joining membership, downloading a resource, or otherwise indicate intent to receive services or information from Operation Halo, indicates that you understand and agree to receive email messages from Operation Halo and can unsubscribe at any time.
- Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without authorization from Operation Halo. Nothing contained in this Terms of Service shall be construed as conferring any license by Operation Halo to use any item displayed on the website.
- If you wish to inquire about permission to reproduce, publish, or post any of Operation Halo’s information, material, or content, including, but not limited to, articles, images, posters, handouts, videos, audio, or webpages on another website, or other online location, please contact Operation Halo and request, complete, and return, a Reprint or Use Permission Request Form for any such activity. Operation Halo will endeavor to promptly respond to any such request. Operation Halo welcomes requests for filming or making other audio-visual or artistic representations of skills, role plays, or key concepts from our program, as long as Operation Halo is publicly acknowledged and all applicable guidelines are followed. Operation Halo reserves the right to charge a license fee for any use of Operation Halo’s information, material, or content.
- Be aware that broadcasting or publishing, in print or electronically, any content from our website without prior permission is a violation of trademark and/or copyright law and could be subject to legal action by Operation Halo, LLC and/or other organizations or individuals who hold the licenses and copyrights.
